Music in the Park

The City Church Celebrate Recovery program is hosting an event called Music in the Park on Saturday, August 22, 2015, 3:00pm to 8:30pm at Third Street Park, in celebration of our sixth year anniversary. Music in the Park is a free and family-friendly event that is open to the public. There will be food trucks, live music, and testimonies. It's Summer Sports Time!


Girls Inc. is offering NEW summer recreational sports. We have soccer clinics: in an affiliation with Cutters Soccer and hip hop workshops: with CLEAN MOVES and to CLEAN MUSIC. Open to all skill levels and ages 6 to 18 Girls Inc. aims to improve girls skills while having fun and becoming strong, smart and bold through participation in sports. Heel to Heal


This free support group is offered to those who have lost their pet or are in the process of losing their pet. Come and share your feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive environment with others who are facing similar feelings of pet loss and grief. If you wish, please bring a photo, a poem, or a letter to your pet. Located at Better Day Club, 4211 E. Third Street. Bloomington, IN 47401. On the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6-7 pm. My Sister's Closet


Having assisted nearly 200 women in 2013, "My Sister's Closet," continues to grow in popularity as a viable asset to our community. Not only are we helping women in the area, who "need a hand up", our store is also a way that allows shopping budgets to be maximized by anyone!! We've done well for the community, but we can do better! My Sister's Closet is searching for volunteers to help in our boutique, serve on our board, and various committees.
