Come to the Elkhart Environmental Center on Saturday, April 25 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. for an Arbor Day celebration! Enjoy woodworking displays, the spring plant exchange, tree planting and pruning demonstrations, an Arbor Day Proclamation from Mayor Moore, free food and trees to take home and plant! Saturday, April 25 at 1:30 p.m. Delt Church Park (6455S 200W, Wolcottville): The LaGrange County Public Library, along with Parkview LaGrange Hospital and the LaGrange County Parks Department are teaming up to form a walking club, Patchwork Trails! Join us as we enjoy themed walks all over LaGrange County, from April - September, 2015. Watch for the full schedule! This month, get into the woods when the first wildflowers are at their peak. The First Flowers Walk is at Delt Church Park on Saturday, April 25 at 1:30 p.m. as part of the Trail Grand Opening festivities. Bring your camera and a flower field guide if you have them.
